WELL-BEING
We cherish the happiness and well-being of our elderly or disabled clients. We offer a range of services that help to improve the quality of life for those who struggle with everyday tasks. This service includes companionship, organizing trips, arranging and attending appointments, taking part in hobbies and crafts, and light housekeeping or cleaning.
Care At Home
Our Care at Home range of services covers a wide range of needs and budgets and will involve either care workers or nurses caring for someone at home. We deliver this type of care from a minimum of one hour right up to 24 hours a day, depending on what is required.
Personal care and support
Personal Care and Support is one of our highly-rated Care Services. It involves skilled assistance with many aspects of daily life that can become increasingly difficult for elderly or disabled people, from washing and dressing to shopping and socializing, etc.
SUPPORTED LIVING
Our supported living service provides 24-hour care and assistance to aid daily living for those who need support. We support those placed with us in many areas such as helping to develop social skills, emotional and physical well-being, tailored care plans, assistance with verbal and written communications, outings and day trips, and lots more.
RESPITE CARE
We provide care to older adults and people with illnesses or disabilities to get the attention and support they need while also providing primary caretakers with a much-needed break or respite. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your loved ones are adequately cared for.
Social Outreach Service
Our social outreach service provides an aid to assist those who need support with more than just their chores. Our outreach services help those who have little or no help, from becoming excluded from the community. We support tour clients in many areas such as helping to develop social skills, emotional and physical well being, tailored care plans, assistance with verbal and written communications, outings and day trips, and lots more

Our Supported Living Services
Our supported living services are for those who need a little help and support with working towards living independently. This service includes personal care plans that will enable the service user to leave us and be independent and confident with undertaking everyday tasks as well as helping them with basic skills. We work with professionals and non-professionals in order to ensure we put the best possible care plan in place for those who are with us and work to achieve the best outcome for the service user. Our supported living is also dealing with people with learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
